We had an excellent stay at hop inn. the hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist. our room was spacious, with a well-maintained bathroom that included all the essentials. the location was convenient, with shopping options just a short walk away. we found the beds comfortable, and it was a delight to enjoy fresh linens and towels daily. overall, it offered fantastic value for the price we paid.

overall clean hotel with excellent and wonderfully friendly staff and perfect location adjacent to podium and megamall, malls, restaurants and shopping centers and shopping centers. excellent service offered. not to mention fast wifi! real good overall experience.

I had a really great stay! The location is super convenient, with plenty of nearby convenience stores and banks, making life so much easier. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, plus the rooms were clean and spacious, which was a huge bonus. I also loved the quick check-in and check-out process-totally hassle-free!

I noticed some ants near the windowsill which was a bit of a nuisance. the elevators can get a little slow, especially with so many floors to cover. A fridge in the room would’ve been nice too, but overall, my experience was pretty solid!

The room was impressively clean and fresh-smelling, with a comfortable AC and well-maintained bathroom. The location is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and close to several landmarks like SM Megamall and Ortigas Park. We enjoyed the convenience of 24-hour stores on the ground floor, and the staff, particularly the cheerful housekeeping team, made us feel welcomed. I appreciated the quick check-in and responsive service.

I also found the shower design impractical as it flooded the bathroom floor every time I used it. On top of that, the parking situation was disheartening, as the spaces were tight and navigating them felt quite stressful.

The noise level was unbearable; I asked for a quiet room but ended up next to the elevator and staff area. Even with the do not disturb sign, nobody respected it. I barely got any sleep!
